Creator Vs Editor

Which one is easier, being a creator or an editor? The question pops in when i'm trying to do my daily activities at the office. Most of my friend says that it is harder to do consepting, or in other words creating something than to edit it. That's why when we're trying to do letters, or proposal or anything and the boss' with their snobbish sound says "you do the draft and i will perfected it", the only thing they're saying is "you do the hard job!". Charming as it is, I cant seem to agree with saying creating is harder than editing. Sure, I have a hard time doing something from scratch, but the idea of interefering with someone else's hard work is not something easy to do either. Making changes in someone's creation which they have put up with a zillion consideration is not something I like doing. Simply just because I respect other's privacy. Now, you might think that my respect for others privacy is just a wonderful thing. Well, sometimes i feel it is my good quality. But frankly it's not always that good. Why, you are wondering. Because when I respect other's privacy I dont do it for free. I expect them to do the same thing for me. And why is that bad? Because in many times, I just want to smack he/she who critisized me. Heyyy, dont just think that I am a terrible narcist who cannot live with a fact that I could be wrong. I do can except that as human being, I am capable of making mistakes. Sometimes even the unfixable one. And I am pleased if I am critisized or corrected by those kind of mistakes. But the sad thing is, For many people (at least the one I'm familiar with), putting their nose in other's business or just changing things which are not really needed to be changed are just fun. Many times not because they want to perfected the job, but more of to show that "I am better than you", or "I can do anything because I am your superior". Its that thinking that bothers me so much. They do not critisized me, for they know for sure that I am wrong. They do not critisized me by facts that they acknowledged better then me. They just changed what I've made, creating the same piece with different languages, just to show that they have the right to. Not to make it better. Now, wouldn't it make you wanna kill someone?
