friendster - renewed
Friday night, 11.30 pm. what better way to spent a friday late night then browsing the net? hmmmm, i started to sound like my boss... *sigh*.. well anyway, unlike him i'm not going to use the facility to work..so, what to do?after some logging ins and logging out of the blogger and still not having any idea what to write, i decided to do something that i havent done in ages. visit friendster.. gosh... i almost forgot how fun could this be! dont get me wrong, i'm not one of those cyber date-looker. single but attractive, i have no reason to do date in the cyber world, aight? buahahaha, who am i kidding here!yeah, it's ok if you dont believe me in there :). but let me tell you that my visit to friendster sure was one of a great way to spent my friday night. i can tell you zillion reasons why after ages of not visiting Friendster, it's so fun to visit again. Here there are in random order:1. reading your testimonial sure bring back the good old times you had with tons of people in the past
2. a chance to see the status of everybody without having them knowing it. Are your ex-es and your crushes still is single? And most important, are your enemies more successfull then you are! (for you who dont know it yet, yes you can choose not to make your profile visible when visiting other pages!
3. Knowing that you have know hundreds of people, some you have forgotten about!! Seeing their photo in your friend list, remind you that hell, it's time to renew your contact with them, huh...
4.give your self a fun evily laughs looking at norak images of people whom you think try wayyyyyyyyy to hard to make themself looked like on of those anak gaul.. Adding an Indonesian Idol as your friend? or other artists? Man, unless they're really your so called friend, please have the curtesy to delete them :)
5. another laugh, looking at way people describe their selves in their 'about me' profile and one of those lines of "please add me at blabla@blabla.com' or "please fill my testimonials". it so last year!
6. seeing people with below 100 people in their friend list.. my boss being one of that! i really dont know what is supposed to be more surprising: my boss have only 6 people in his friend list, or MY BOSS is in friendster??? *huahahaha, give it a break Sa, he's only 28 for God sake!!*
7. you'll have a flesh of journey to the past. you'll see how people you know have changed, and you'll also see how much you yourself had changed by time. some of them you know in elementary are now married, with kids, or even passed away. tragic.
8. a chance to see cool pics that inspired me to use the digicam more more more often in the future!!
9. Seeing the page of unexpected people or not seeing the expected one :(
10. Last but not least, a visit to friendster, give me a fresh idea to write again in my blog..lol
